Tell us what the cart is doing and we will tell you what it needs. Most jobs are handled by our mobile service van in your own driveway, so in most cases you never have to move the cart at all.

What to tell us
The more of this you can give us up front, the closer our first answer will be to the real one — and the more likely the technician arrives with the right part on board.
- ✓Make, model and year, if you know them
- ✓Battery type — lead-acid or lithium — and roughly how old the pack is
- ✓What it is actually doing: not charging, losing power, pulling to one side, a noise
- ✓When it started, and whether anything changed just before
- ✓Your address, so we can tell you whether mobile service reaches you
Mobile service or the showroom?
Batteries, chargers, brakes, controllers, tires and general maintenance are almost always done at your house. Rebuilds, lift kits and extensive bodywork come to the Highway 92 showroom, because they need a lift and time.
We will tell you which one your job is when we come back to you — before you rearrange your week around it.
If it is urgent
A form is never the fastest route. If the cart is stranded or you need someone today, call the showroom on (470) 349-0381 during opening hours and speak to a person.
“My passion for golf carts started when I was 16 years old working out of my parents’ garage in Roswell, Georgia. That same passion drives our commitment to great carts and honest service today.”
